CORETHEUS
The light is here.
About us
We are a team from very different worlds: business, the military, investment banking and IT. That’s why we see every challenge through the eyes of an entrepreneur, a strategist, a risk analyst and an engineer at the same time.
We move with the times: we use the latest tools and develop our own technologies and processes. We can also develop them to order – for you. If you need an application, process automation or a bespoke system, let’s talk.
Our technology
Here are some of the solutions we have built.
- Estimating and quoting for industry – A platform for estimating and quoting refractory and industrial insulation work. It combines material, labour and cost calculations with comparisons of alternative approaches, PDF quotes and the handling of enquiries to suppliers.
- Project and crew management – A system for managing industrial projects and the crews who carry them out. It combines schedules, worker assignments, transport and accommodation with time tracking and access to billing. It supports collaboration between the office, workers and clients.
- Subcontractor collaboration portal – A portal built to support a company’s work with its subcontractors. It brings project information, resource requests and the latest updates together in one place.
- Autonomous company administration – An AI system that independently handles documents, carries out and coordinates tasks, makes sure deadlines are met and checks that work has been done correctly. It runs day-to-day administration and passes summaries, and any matters that need a decision, on to the owner.
