Terms

Applies from 26 October 2026

These terms govern the use of coretheus.com (also at coretheus.pl) and of the free services we provide on it by electronic means.

1. Provider

The services are provided by Coretheus spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (a Polish limited liability company), al. Marszałka Piłsudskiego 12, 43-100 Tychy, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0001185695, tax identification number (NIP) 6463022515, share capital PLN 5,400.00 (“Coretheus”, “we”). Contact: contact@coretheus.com.

2. Services

We provide two services free of charge:

  1. Making the site’s content available – information about Coretheus and the legal documents.
  2. The “Request a call” form – you leave your name and phone number and we try to call you back about your request, usually within one business day (this time is not guaranteed), including to present our offer (on the basis of the consent you tick in the form).

No sales contracts are concluded and no payments are taken on the site.

3. Technical requirements

4. Conclusion and end of the agreements

  1. The agreement for making content available is concluded when you open the site and ends when you close it.
  2. The call-back agreement is concluded when you send your request and see the confirmation. We perform it by attempting to call the number you gave. It ends after the call, after an unsuccessful attempt to call, or earlier if you cancel.
  3. You can cancel at any time, without giving reasons and at no cost: email contact@coretheus.com or say so during the call. If you are a consumer, you also have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of its conclusion (Art. 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act); an email is enough, and you may, but need not, use the model withdrawal form in Annex 2 to that Act. The services are free, so there is nothing to refund.
  4. We may decline to call or end the call for important reasons, in particular if a request breaches these terms or the law, the number is incorrect or does not belong to the person who asked to be contacted, the request appears to be abuse, or the matter falls outside the scope of our business.

5. Rules of use

6. Risks and software on your device

Using the internet involves risks such as malware, phishing by sites and messages impersonating well-known companies, spam, and interception of data on unsecured networks. Our site uses only encrypted connections (HTTPS) and its address is coretheus.com; we never ask for passwords, card details or payments on it. Keep your system and browser up to date.

On your device the following runs or is stored:

Details are in the Privacy policy (section 8).

7. Complaints

Send any complaint about the site or the services to contact@coretheus.com or by post to our registered address. Describe what it concerns and how we can reach you. We will answer within 14 days by email to the address the complaint came from, or by post if you give only a postal address.

8. Out-of-court dispute resolution

If you are a consumer, you can use out-of-court ways of resolving a dispute, among them:

The register of authorised bodies is kept by the President of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK): polubowne.uokik.gov.pl. Taking part in such proceedings is voluntary for both parties; we decide on our participation case by case. The EU’s ODR platform has been closed since 20 July 2025.

9. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

10. Copyright

The site’s content, design and animations and the CORETHEUS mark are protected by law. You may view and print them for your own use; any other use, such as copying them to other sites, needs our consent unless the law provides otherwise. The licences of the site’s fonts are listed in the Legal notice.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for important reasons, such as changes in the law, the services or security measures. A new version applies from the date shown at the top of the page; requests sent earlier are handled under the version in force when they were sent.

12. Nature of the content and liability

  1. The site’s content, including the descriptions of solutions in the gallery, is for information and illustration only. It is not an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code nor an assurance of the properties of our services; contracts for our services are concluded only separately.
  2. Names and logos in the gallery that do not belong to Coretheus are the designations of their owners and serve only to inform about solutions we have built; this does not mean that their owners endorse our services.
  3. We may suspend or discontinue the site or the form, temporarily or permanently, or change their scope, in particular for technical, legal, organisational or security reasons.
  4. Whoever gives another person’s data without a legal basis is liable for the consequences under the general rules.
  5. Towards entrepreneurs, except the persons referred to in Art. 385⁵ of the Polish Civil Code, we exclude liability for damage connected with the use of the site and the form, including lost profits, unless we caused the damage intentionally or through gross negligence.
  6. These terms do not exclude or limit liability towards consumers and the persons referred to in Art. 385⁵ of the Polish Civil Code to the extent that the law does not allow it.

13. Final provisions

  1. These terms are available free of charge on this page before you use the services; you can download, save or print them (for example to a PDF file).
  2. Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you habitually reside.
  3. Disputes with consumers and with the persons referred to in Art. 385⁵ of the Polish Civil Code are settled by the court that has jurisdiction under the general rules. All other disputes are settled by the common court having jurisdiction over Coretheus’s registered office.
  4. The Polish version is binding; the English and German versions are translations.
